Shipping
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order amount.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any signs of wear.
Original tags must remain attached.
A return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving return instructions.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Tailor's Daughter will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Sizing & Product Information
We provide detailed garment measurements and product descriptions on each product page and encourage customers to review them carefully before purchasing.
Because fit, length, and personal preference vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee how a garment will fit each individual. Returns due to fit, length, or personal preference are accepted provided the item meets all return eligibility requirements above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping deductions outlined above. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
